"Such epistemology, born under the auspices of the perverted reality in which media images and collective memories are mixed and interwoven, and relationship categories, personal histories and identities are massacred and/or annulled, brought about a fundamental change in the cognition of race, gender and body. A basic anthropological problem – nature/culture – has been brought to the point of absurdity by being inserted into the framework of cyber-semiology, which transcends opposites, limits and rigid forms. High-tech existence proposes a unity of taboos, as well as offering compromise, constant improving, reshaping...perfection. Pajdic is fascinated by anatomy, and uses objectivity to capture the naked male body, revealing and exposing it in the moment of it's own transformation."
