Drawing Art Gallery CHAOS

"The works displayed on this exhibition present much more than remaining traces of the personal memories of bygone days on the coast of a Dalmatian island. First of all, those works present the authors’ praises (in the form of artistic metaphors) to eternity and continuity of the Mediterranean according to the authors’ experiences and memories. It is the Mediterranean which is a cradle and a great symbol of everlasting culture which includes the culture of living, working and behaving according to human standards. The existence of an artist is more painstaking than peaceful and joyous but at least it is based on an essential aspiration to authenticity, honor and righteousness. Such existence is spent in commitment to certain individual moral principles.
In spite of everything, we do hope that there are still enough persons who truly believe in such values. The fact that artists believe in such values on behalf of art (the graphic works and drawings in this exhibition prove this) is especially encouraging."
