In order to represent this Montenegrin artist to the Belgrade public all-inclusively, Chaos Gallery has taken four different kinds of her works from different periods which have a drawing as a common denominator, but a drawing treated in a different way. Those are big collages with photographs of her destroyed early works done in encaustic which in new arrangement have quite new visual and aesthetic values. Also friezes and wall assemblages with photographs as a background for pictorial intervention of black color. Additional scratching and elimination of the color discover interesting effects of the surface, minimalist sensations of colors and lines which enrich the definition of the drawing itself. Those works radiate discreet glittering lights as possible symbols of positive energy and goodness, short strokes of discreet color which resist dark, death, fading and living of no trails at last. We also have here abstract drawings with color accents from her earlier period and quite recent drawings with black and with contrasts done in oil chalk and graphite with compositional structure made of lines, blots and spots. Through her drawings, the author thinks, feels, indicates, hides, suspects and informs…
